All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Note: Your card will be charged when the order is placed.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in USD. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

Note: We cannot currently ship to some Asian countries and remote locations.

4.3 Delivery Issues

While we provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control (customs delays, weather, etc.).

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear with removed tags
• Worn or washed items
• Final sale items (clearly marked)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

We happily exchange unworn, tagged items for different sizes/styles within 15 days. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.

6.2 Product Care

Follow care instructions to maintain product quality. Improper care may void return eligibility.

6.3 International Customers

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bikini Beach Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
