  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bikini Beach Shop purchase as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear with removed tags or hygiene seals
  • Worn or washed items
  • Final sale items (will be clearly marked)

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange any unworn, tagged item for a different size or style within 15 days of delivery.

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Note: For exchanges to a different color or style, please ensure the new item is in stock by checking our website before requesting.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
