How to Return or Exchange

- Package Your Items: Return items in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged swimwear.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Swimwear with removed tags or hygiene seals
- Worn or washed items
- Final sale items (will be clearly marked)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange any unworn, tagged item for a different size or style within 15 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Note: For exchanges to a different color or style, please ensure the new item is in stock by checking our website before requesting.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
