Are your swimsuits suitable for swimming or just for fashion?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For Free Standard Shipping (EMS), tracking may be available depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your swimwear to you ASAP! If you need to make changes, please email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it as it moves into processing.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
- Express Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking
- Free Standard Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50): 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our sunny headquarters in Waukesha, WI. However, some remote areas in Asia and other locations may have limited shipping options. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to email us before ordering.
Why is my package taking longer than estimated?
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll happily look into it for you!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Bikini Beach Shop purchase! You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Absolutely! Simply follow our return process and place a new order for the item you want. For fastest service, we recommend ordering the new item while processing your return (we’ll refund the original once received).
